Reliable and clean slag removal with slag hammer brushes
The EdgeRacer the Grinder effortlessly removes slag that forms on the underside during plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. The disc brushes are adjusted to almost touch the bottom side, allowing the steel pins to knock off the slag.

Powerful deburring and defined edge rounding
EdgeRacer® the Grinder easily removes stubborn punching burrs and laser beads/splatter. The degree of edge rounding can be set by adjusting the brush feed.

Deburring and edge rounding of thin sheet metal and 3D workpieces
Deburr thin sheets or parts with cut-outs. The abrasive brushes can be lowered below the transport level so that the entire workpiece edge is processed. The oxide disc allows oxide layers to be removed from both internal and external contours.

Maximum working width or double performance – optimally adapted to your needs
Depending on the width of the parts to be processed, you can choose between two processing modes. Choose single-row processing to fully utilize the working width, either for wide panels or parallel loading. The brushes automatically change position to optimize tool wear. For narrower workpieces, select double-row processing to achieve double the throughput in just one pass.
