System description
The specified mixing system consists of two HygienicDesign spiral mixers, a dough trough with a transport device, an automatic scrap dough feeding system including weighing, and a tilting device with a discharging function. The ingredients can be added to the mixing bowl via filling nozzles on the mixer lid. The scrap dough is added via corresponding filling hoppers with pneumatic lids. Manual additions can also be added via these hoppers. The discharge of the dough into the dough trough is carried out via the electrically controlled bowl opening. The DIOSNA HygienicDesign spiral mixer is operated and controlled with a PLC control including a touch panel.
