General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 40/15 ton four-column hydraulic drawing press is a compact and robust press solution designed for precision metal forming, deep drawing, and metal spinning applications. Thanks to its four-column frame construction, parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances remain stable throughout the pressing cycle.

The press frame, manufactured from St52 grade steel, undergoes stress relief via vibration treatment. The ram and punch systems can be controlled independently, with stroke and pressure adjustments performed precisely through the touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motor, and automatic lubrication system, this machine ensures long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. The user-friendly PLC-controlled design minimizes operator errors.

This model is an ideal solution for small to medium-scale spinning, deep drawing, die trial, and precision pressing applications.
