General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 250 / 80 ton four-column hydraulic drawing press is a high-rigidity hydraulic solution designed for precision metal forming, deep drawing, and press applications.

The frame is constructed of St52 grade steel and undergoes stress relief through vibration, ensuring high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances during long-term operation. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be precisely adjusted via the touch panel.

With hydraulic components from REXROTH or PARKER, an IE3 efficiency-class motor, and PLC-controlled system, it offers high performance and reliable operation. An automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.
