Construction and technology

The CORMAK PT260 400V planer thicknesser is manufactured using high-quality steel and cast iron components. The working tables (1100 × 250 mm and 600 × 248 mm) are milled and ground, ensuring a perfectly flat surface for accurate material guidance.

The aluminium fence measuring 700 × 150 mm with adjustable angle from 90° to 45° allows easy machining of bevelled edges and angled surfaces.

The thicknessing table is centrally guided on a rigid column, and height adjustment is carried out using a precise handwheel with a graduated scale, ensuring accurate and repeatable settings.

Precision and working efficiency

The CORMAK PT260 400V provides a maximum cutting depth of up to 3 mm, allowing effective removal of excess material while maintaining precise dimensional control.

The 6 m/min feed speed ensures efficient operation while maintaining excellent surface quality.

The Ø100 mm dust extraction outlet enables effective connection to a chip extraction system, improving operator comfort and extending the service life of cutting tools.
