The Convotherm C4ET6.10ES combi oven offers three primary operating modes: hot air, steam, and combi steam. The appliance is equipped with low temperature and Delta-T settings, making it ideal for long cooking times for various foods such as meat, poultry, and fish. These settings allow the operator to cook food overnight. During prolonged, slow cooking, food retains more moisture and remains exceptionally tender. The Delta-T function uses a core temperature sensor to continuously monitor the food’s internal temperature and automatically adjusts heat for even results.

The easyTouch control panel features an intuitive 9-inch full touchscreen interface. The Convotherm C4ET6.10ES combi oven is equipped with a ring indicator showing operating status in three stages: 'preheating', 'in progress', and 'ready'.
