The BS-20 concrete block machine is a fully automatic block production facility equipped with modern production technologies and a hydraulic system. Thanks to its PLC-controlled structure, it produces with high precision without the need for operator intervention. Operating at a pressure of 100-160 bar, the system has the capacity to produce 20 interlocks and 8 20x40x20 blocks per press.
Furthermore, it minimizes labor requirements thanks to a collection robot that automatically stacks and packages dried products. The BS-20 offers an environmentally friendly production approach with its A+ energy-efficient motor system, EFF3 class electric motors, and low energy consumption.

It meets European quality standards with its ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, CE certificate, and DIN-TSEK compliant structure.
