Vertical weighing and filling system for pre-made large bags/sacks. Suitable for granular products such as seeds, pet food, wood pellets etc. The system includes product feed, automatic weighing unit, conveyor belt and sealing OR sewing module. The pre-made bags are manually clamped into the pneumatic clamp support by hand. The product is dosed by weight and filled into the bag. The bag is then by conveyor belt to the sealing or sewing module for sealing or sewing. - Specifications: Weight range: up to max. 25kg; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 200 bags/hour; accuracy: ±0.2% FS; power: AC 220V/380V, 50Hz, 2kW; compressed air: 6bar, 0.17 m³; product contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; dimensions of the system depend on the final layout, can be customized.
