Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and sealing of stand-up pouches (doypacks) with regular and irregular shape, with hanging hole, with a spout on top. Suitable for middle-sized stand-up bags. Integration of liquid and paste dosing units possible. One bag is handled per machine cycle. 1 dosing unit is normally used and accordingly 1 charging hopper is mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine with a second dosing unit and charging hopper does exist , either to handle two different materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous materials). Main components: PLC, touchscreen user interface (different languages available e.g. English, German etc.), temperature monitor. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-260)xW(90-180)mm; filling capacity: max. 1000ml; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 50 cycles/minute; 8kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5700x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 2200kg. Any dosing unit and/or other modules (such as conveyor etc.) shown on the picture are optional modules to this position and only depicted for demonstration purposes.
