In every calculation of the economy and public life, waste transports are an essential factor. Here, it is less the weight but more the volume that is important. The constantly rising transport costs of these wastes are increasingly an economic problem.

Particularly important in the sales sector is the disposal of the large quantities of styrofoam or packaging films. The VOLUMEN-ZERKLEINER ensures a volume reduction of up to 80 percent at this point. Bottles of all types and sizes, e.g. champagne bottles, can be crushed without any problems without a depressing device.

The unpacking of expired foodstuffs is also possible. Furthermore, reject products such as medicines, data carriers or counterfeit products can be rendered unusable. Food scraps and food waste, even bones, can be shredded with the VR60, collected and converted into electricity and heat in biogas plants.

Think also, for example, of a deposit bottle machine. The PET bottles are pressed and kept under lock and key until they are taken away because of the barcode present.

By using the VOLUME SHREDDER, one could make the barcodes of the PET bottles unrecognizable and thus achieve a huge volume reduction. Shredded bottles could now be collected in a large container and would therefore not have to be collected daily from the collection points. The vertically moving, wear-free knives of the shredder ensure a quiet and clog-free working process.
