Gross und Jöbges Hydraulik GmbH

In 1996, Mrs. Hiltrud Groß and Mr. Rudi Jöbges laid the foundation for a successful family business by establishing their company specializing in hydraulic repairs and trading. With just two employees, they soon began trading and repairing used construction machinery. When they became Takeuchi construction equipment dealers in 2001, their existing premises became too cramped, making the search for larger facilities inevitable in 2002. Fortunately, suitable premises were quickly found, and the company relocated to its current headquarters on Im Pützfeld street in Schleiden.

As the business expanded to include dealerships for Weber compaction equipment, Humbaur trailers, Kaeser compressors, as well as Granit and Kramp, and trading was extended to industrial and private customers, additional personnel were hired. Around the same time as becoming a Takeuchi dealer, the first excavator was purchased for the rental fleet, which has since grown to more than 100 different machines due to increasing demand in the rental segment. To store the fleet during quieter times, a separate machine storage hall was built in 2007.

A sales and showroom area was added to the existing office building with the most recent extension in 2011. Since 2013, the fully equipped "Hydrofix" trailer has been on the road, offering mobile hose repair service to ensure comprehensive on-site customer support. Currently, alongside management, the company employs five workshop staff, two salespeople, and two accounting clerks.
