Roller conveyor length L = 3000 mm

Consists of:
1. Side rails, each 3000 mm long, made of 20/80/40/3 mm profile, with 25 mm hole pattern, perforated to fit shaft diameter 12 mm, powder-coated in RAL 6011 green.

2. Insertable load-bearing rollers
Series 4.5.80.1.12.1.5.00
Steel tube – 80 x 2.0 mm wall thickness,
Axle – 12 mm spring axle,
Bearing – steel insert with reinforced, pressed special ball bearings.
Surface of carrying rollers untreated steel.
Installation length EL = 500 mm

3. Bolt-on bridge support feet in robust welded construction made of special profile with cross beam, height adjustable +/- 25 mm via M16 threaded spindle with screwdriver slot. With base plates for floor mounting and dowel hole. Powder-coated in RAL 3000 red
