GEOMET-2000 flow bench for calibrating a variable nozzle turbocharger without shaft rotation. This flow bench can calibrate the geometry of vacuum, air and electronically controlled turbochargers.
The equipment is adapted to the needs of workshops for repairing turbochargers of trucks and cars. It is also designed to work with large-sized or non-standard turbocharger designs;
Flowbench GEOMET-2000 will allow a regular workshop to provide professional turbine repair services, thus gaining more customers.
HIGHLIGHTS
Adjusting the end stop position of the air flow control mechanism (variable geometry) will eliminate the "overblowing" effect, which is detrimental to the engine.
Adjusting the length of the actuator rod to adjust the actuation timing of the air flow control mechanism.
Evaluating the spring elasticity of the actuator for in-depth diagnostics of vacuum and pneumatic actuators.
Checking the operation of the N75 valve for turbines with vacuum valve, which is involved in controlling the turbocharger on the vehicle.
Tuning of electronically driven turbos is done by connecting to an external tester ATP-1000.
Vertical position of the turbocharger and free working area - comfortable and efficient work with all types of turbochargers.
