CHP 250 Automatic Machine for Grinding the Complete Tooth Geometry of Carbide-Tipped Circular Saw Blades.

The CHP250 controls two CNC axes for bevel grinding and grinding wheel infeed.

Suitable for diameters from 80 to 810 mm and blade thickness up to 8 mm.

Each tooth shape can be ground in one cycle either on the face or the back.

Tooth pitch: 6 to 120 mm.

Clearance angle: 5° to 45°.
Tooth height difference up to 3 mm.
Bevel grinding on the tooth back up to 45°.

The machine is equipped with a filter cleaning system.
The filtration unit is made of stainless steel.
A knee switch releases the clamping carriage.
Extraction unit and central lubrication are included.
There is also a wide range of accessories, including saw blade holders and centering rings.
