The machine features a sturdy metal frame and a wooden worktable with a useful working area of 1200 x 3000 mm, a working height of 900 mm, and a maximum thickness capacity of 200 mm.
The polishing system consists of 6 sponge pads with orbital rotation combined with individual pad rotation. The machine performs an alternating movement with adjustable speed controlled by a potentiometer.
The machine is mounted on a robust electro-welded steel base, ensuring great stability and delivering high-quality polishing in reduced processing time.
The lifting, lowering, and translational movements run on ball-bearing guides and rails and are controlled by an inverter, while the lifting speed of the pads is fixed.
