Overview This carbonator from German manufacturer Unitec GmbH was built in 2001. It was installed between flash pasteurizer and filler. The buffer tank, which is included in the scope as used as a sterile buffer tank between carbonator and filler. The juice factory is planning a completely new processing plant and filler, therefore this equipment is available.
