The Thermolyne Locator 4 Cryobiological Storage Vessel features a compact design that minimizes space requirements while maximizing storage capacity.
This super-insulated vessel has a special, narrow-mouth design that conserves liquid nitrogen by minimizing evaporation. This cryostorage vessel has outstanding temperature uniformity, and samples are stored below -180°C, even when less than 2 in. (5cm) of liquid nitrogen remains in the vessel, The advanced vacuum insulation also minimizes liquid nitrogen evaporation and overall reduces operating costs.
