A shape gluing machine with manual feed.
In the original version, the material was glued using a custom-cut rubber blanket (foam rubber) via a cylinder system.
For safety reasons, the machine was retrofitted at the beginning of 2024 with an HHS gluing system featuring four nozzles plus a spare nozzle (see photos).
The machine was used for gluing the back panels of four-month calendars.
The HHS unit was installed at the beginning of 2024 and was in operation for only 6 months.
