• Semi-automatic gantry nailing machine with rotary turntable (R) and pallet stacking robot for the production and stacking of various types of pallets and crate parts.
• For the insertion of loose blocks and boards, the machine features a rotary turntable with two working areas. In combination with the pallet stacking robot, this ensures optimal material flow.
• The nailing bridge is equipped with up to 6 individually controlled nailing units for jumbo coil nails (approx. 6,000 nails) and provides maximum flexibility for nailing your products.
• Machine operation and programming of new pallet types is performed via a touch display. Existing programs can be retrieved from memory at any time. Entered parameters are visualized on the touch display, eliminating the need for manual positioning to teach nailing points!
