SPE Renergi Low Temperature Dryer.

The Renergi Dryer is used for drying of sawdust and other materials for production of biofuels.
The dryer can dry sawdust, bark or wood chips from a humidity level of about 50% to a level of approximately 10 %. This low-temperature dryer utilizes warm (or hot) water from a recommended temperature of 65°C and higher. Maximum water temperature - 110°C.
Power supply safety: The dryer must only be fed by 3x400 V AC (630 A) 50/60 Hz with a separate Protective Ground conductur.

The dimension of the Dryer are roughly 17,4 by 5,7 meters, with a height of 10,7 meters. The floor space required is approximately 21,4 by 8,0 meters. A ceiling height of at least 15 meters (or 4 meters above the top of the media inlet).
Air supply: at least 24 kg gas/s fresh air is required for the operation of this machine. This corresponds to 20nm3/s, or 72 000 nm3/h.

Air pressure: min 4,5 bar, recommended 6,0-8,0 bar
Water supply: hot water supply, with a flow of 32 dm3/s.
Water pressure: min 1.5 bar, max 6.0 bar

Operating temperature range:
• Incoming air temperature: -20°C to 50°C
• Relative humidity: 0% to 60%
Raw material/media:
• Relative humidity: 45% to 55% by wieght
• Requested relative humidity: 8% to 15% in the dried material
Capacity:
• The dual-cell, 4 m wide dryer can typically handle 2400 kg of material with a moisture content of 55% by weight in each load
• The dryer is capable of drying 6000 kg raw material, with a water content of 55% to 10% in approximately one hour.
SRE’s dryer is desinged in accordance with European directives. The equipment is designed to conform to the essential requirements of:

• LVD 2006/95/EC
• EMC 2004/108/EC


The dryer is located in Straupe parish, Cēsis district, LV-4152, Latvia. Available for viewing on working days, 08:00 to 17:00, by prior agreement on the viewing time.
