For sale: a complete, industrial, fully automated line for the production of wood briquettes (sawdust briquettes) including packaging system, palletizing, and pallet storage.

This line is designed for use in a woodworking facility/briquette plant, providing comprehensive process handling:
Briquetting → Packaging → Palletizing → Pallet wrapping → Storage.

Sale only as a complete package (no sale of individual components).

SET / LINE COMPONENTS

1) Briquetting presses – 4 units.
• 4 × MALISZ RUF 800 briquetting presses
• 2 units manufactured in 2014
• 2 units manufactured in 2016
• Application: industrial briquetting of sawdust / wood biomass
• Usage: production of briquettes for wholesale and export

2) Packaging line
• MALISZ AVA 722/3L – year of manufacture: 2015
• Purpose: automatic packaging of briquettes after production in shrink film and automatic label application. Packs of 10 kg each.

3) Automatic palletizing + wrapping
• EUTO palletizer
• Robot: ABB IRB 460-110
• Dual-cell system
• Integrated scale for briquette weight and quality control
• Film wrapper: ROBOPACK MASTERPLAT PGS – year 2019
• Function: stacking briquette packs on pallets + preparing pallets for transport

4) Pallet storage
• RUF roller storage for briquette pallets – 56 m
• Purpose: transport and buffering of finished pallets within the facility
