The (fish mask shape) mask machine offered here combines efficiency and safety features with an optimized fit. These product features are, among other things, thanks to the use of ultrasonic technology, an intuitive HMI with touch screen for easy and clear operation as well as an optimized and robust unrolling unit made of steel.
Process steps at a glance:
Feeding of the filter fleece via a web edge control system, as well as the nose wire, uniform welding of the mask with subsequent folding and separation of the base body.
The next process step deals with the attachment of the earband using
ultrasonic technology. Optionally, a camera inspection, stacking unit, and a tubular bag machine can be ordered separately.
In detail:
- Welded unwinding unit with a total of 4 manual tensioning shafts, magnetic powder brakes and web guide control system for feeding the filter fleece.
- Nose wire is fed in by means of another unwinder.
- The use of panes in combination with slim aluminum profiles allows a good insight into the production while at the same time providing full protection for the operator.

- The use of ultrasonic technology and the use of durable materials such as titanium guarantee increased machine availability compared to conventional materials.
- High precision through the use of servo-driven motors.

- High-resolution, user-friendly MHI's with touchscreen.
- Mask body welding using ultrasonic technology with subsequent folding matrix and welding of the upper and lower surface.
- Precise separation of the mask from the marking with the help of a rotary blade, with subsequent ejection of the mask and lateral ejection of the marking.
- Subsequent ear band embossing by ultrasonic technology.
- Optional: Camera inspection with good and bad detection
- Optional: Subsequent output to a stacker.
- Optional: Output to a flowpack station for individual mask sealing.
