Automatic Desiccant Cap Dosing and Assembly Line – REBEL RV5959 (Year 2012)
This fully automated line receives unprocessed plastic caps and converts them into functional caps with integrated desiccant for containers requiring controlled humidity. Designed for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and food industry applications.
The system integrates the following operations in a single line:
• Cap feeding
• Punching and insertion of cardboard barrier discs
• Precise dosing of heated silica gel
• Thermal and anti-static control
• Insertion of inner plastic seal
• 100% inspection by machine vision
• Dynamic weighing and automatic rejection
• Final accumulation on rotary carousel
• Dual-lane production
• Multi-station servo-driven rotary carousel
The line is equipped with:
• 2 stainless steel feeders + conveyor systems
• Dual external support for cardboard reels
• Industrial aspiration/extraction unit
• Servo-driven rotary table
• Complete VARPE V2000 checkweigher with rejection system
• Six-position outfeed carousel
