Rational CMP 101 E

This Rational combi steamer is a CombiMaster® Plus model with 8 x 1/1 GN trays in electric version, allowing you to use deeper GN containers per level. (It can also be retrofitted to accommodate a 10-level suspension rack if required). The combi steamer was mainly used for reheating food and is therefore in well-maintained, used condition.

The unit is from 2017. It has been inspected by our in-house workshop and is fully operational. The underframe pictured is not included in the offer, but can be purchased as an optional extra. The combi steamer will be available from the end of calendar week 6.
