Unused PHARMIX model HV 1000 stainless steel product contact parts conical mixer designed for heavy products with a bulk density of up to 3 kg/m³. The mixer has a working capacity of 1000 litres. The mixing screw, with a diameter of 310 mm, is driven through a NORD gearbox by a 9 kW electric motor and supported by a bottom pintle bearing (hard metal). The stainless steel arm is driven through a NORD gearbox by a 0.75 kW electric motor. The gearbox is prepared for liquid injection, with a 10-litre pressure vessel designed for a maximum working pressure of 5.5 bar. Includes a stainless steel outlet knife gate valve L65 DN300, spare screw agitator, and control panel with frequency converter. It is also possible to supply a supporting construction at additional cost (drawing shown in the photo). New 2023.
