By installing the heaters, we have gained the possibility to speed up the gluing process. After the press has been heated up, the wrapping process takes 5 to 15 minutes. depending on the thickness of the veneer and the glued element.
The process is widely used in factories producing furniture, windows, doors and coffins.
The flexible membrane enables the gluing of both flat elements, such as: furniture sides, frames and stiles, as well as shaped elements, e.g. panels, door strips and bent fronts.
