The thickness planer was purchased from a dealer in 2018. The machine is being sold as part of the liquidation of our carpentry business.

The sale is made with exclusion of any warranty for defects. Liability for intent, gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. Claims for defects that were fraudulently concealed also remain unaffected.
