Operation of the MADO MEW 723

The mixing device distributes the pieces of meat, spices, and other ingredients before they pass through the cutting system. The central arm has four mixing profiles. Then, the screw conveyor regularly directs the product towards the cutting system.

Depending on the configuration, the manufacturer offers, among other options, a five-piece Unger B98 system or an Enterprise size 32 system.
