A unique device for applying penetrant liquid before textile printing. Thanks to the dimensions of the area it is capable of apply liquid (40x60 cm) is especially suitable for DTG printers M2, M3, M4, but of course also for printers with a smaller printing area flat, such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet... The advantage is that it does not need a compressor. The machine is equipped with 4 independent and adjustable nozzles (you can apply only small area, e.g. when printing logos on hearts). PRETREATmaker IV is a top-of-the-line device designed for the professional application of penetrating liquid to textiles. It has an advanced electronic system, which enables high performance and easier control during the textile pretreatment process. Clear color touch screen allows you to easily adjust the length and width of the spray and to easily adjust the spray volume. The device is equipped four nozzles, each of which can be switched on individually. This allows you to precisely adjust the area to apply the penetrating solution (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother...) but also saves a lot of penetration compared to applying by hand with a pressure/air gun. The length of the spray area can be regulated in 2 cm increments, using the touch screen. To set the amount of penetration liquid application, 10 values are available. Pre-treat maker IV also has an automated cleaning process for the spray nozzles (consumption approx. 12 ml per hour), which keeps nozzles through and prevents them from drying out or blocking.
