General Features
The single-shaft slitter rewinder uses independent presses for accurate, safe rewinding.
Unwinder
Dedpsy Ufgrofx Anxewb
A shaft-less unwinder allows floor-level reel loading and dual rotation directions. Pneumatic-mechanical chucks secure the reels.
Rollers and Alignment
Aluminum rollers enhance durability and lightness. An automatic web aligner centers the master reel using edge detection.
Tension and Cutting Control
AC motors, load cells, and diameter calculation control unwind tension. The shear-type cutting group features 14 circular blades with pneumatic supports and has a quick-change counter-blade shaft. Curved rollers and suction nozzles manage cut separation and scrap removal.
Rewinding Presses and Holding
Steel, molybdenum-coated presses ensure longevity. Motorized tips enable automatic reel positioning.
Rewinding Control
A steel pressure roller—pneumatically operated with a proportional valve—sets pressure. Rewinding torque is managed via operator panel controls. A pneumatic clamp and two AC motors balance tension.
Discharge and Safety Systems
A hydraulic shovel and pusher facilitate reel discharge. The area is secured by a safety barrier.
Control and Automation System
AC motors and vector drives (SIEMENS) with proprietary software handle diameter calculation and torque control. All functions are accessible via a touch terminal with PLC communication.
