Komfi Fullmatic 36

Machine function and use
The FULLMATIC 36 varnishing machine is used for full-scale varnishing of paper sheets. It is equipped with a table for manual feeding the sheets of paper through varnishing module and vacuum conveyor of varnished sheets. On the end of machine is located fixed unloading table. Simple controls of machine allows to continuous regulation of varnishing speed. Varnished sheet of paper is after hardening of varnish using UV radiator fed on unloading table.

The maximum varnishing speed is dependent on substrate and varnish specifications, ambient temperature, UV lamp power and varnish curing time.

Operation conditions
The machine is intended for smooth run under temperature conditions ranging from 15 C to 40 C (59°F to 104°F). The acceptable relative air humidity level is from 20  to 80 ,
non-condensing relative humidity. The machine allocation should not be higher than 1000 m above the sea level. It is not allowed to place the machine into explosive or dusty environment.

The machine is intended for average monthly capacity according to technical specification.
