Used and in good condition Koma Multi-deck KMD-4-240-1500 Z-profile freezer with 3x hand over of product. Effective belt width 2.380 mm and effective belt length 4 x 15.000 mm. Belt speed can vary between 0,07 m/min and 2,30 m/min. Belt drive motors 4x Flender This multi-deck comes with a complete installation. 6x Bitzer S6F-30.2Y-40P (x2) compressor set with liquid reciever, oil separator, filter, pressure safety switches and gauges. 6x Koma CAV L09 1x2A condensors with 2 fans. Installation complete with control panel with Somron sysdrive inverters. drives and automation. 6x Evaporators from Goedhart LLK.p 187 M2 with a capacity of 27 kW at 25.000 m³/h per piece. Fans have a downblow of 45°C. This tunnel freezer is currently assembled in our warehouse as you can see in the last photo, ready for a viewing. 800 piece/h apple pie in 60 minutes ( 2200 grams/piece) +40ºC to -18ºC.
