Josef Foellmer DigiTab 2010 Plus

The Foellmer Duplikator DigiTab 2010 Plus numbering and marking device (printing – counting – marking = 1 process) features menu-guided operation via a touchscreen display located on the rear of the housing. The mobile and height-adjustable stand is positioned on the side of the delivery area for most machines. Any number from 5 to 99999 can be set for the numbering strip. Stepless adjustment of the strip length from 20-200 mm and a dwell time of approximately 0-10 seconds for the numbering strip are possible. The Suptramat enables the control and waste sheets removed from the printer during continuous production to be deducted from the total count, and simultaneously, the package size marked by the strip is adjusted accordingly. The total counter records the total print run of the good sheets, after it has been corrected by the Suptramat.

To connect the DigiTab, a universal connection box is required for an interface with a potential-free or 24 V pulse (clock) signal directly from the machine or from a sensor.
