Jetech/UHDW /Aqua/Kamat/ TJ350-20&40K/Deutz-MW, TJ160/Volvo TD71A

A Bundle of 5 ea. UHP waterblast machines, c/w a vast variety of spares and accessories, as follows:
1 x High-Pressure Water Jet Unit with Deutz-MWM V-8 Diesel Engine
adjustable pressure 0–1400 bar and 0–2800 bar, dump system, with plunger changeout kit as follows:
1400 bar at 99 liters/minute, and
2800 bar at 46 liters/minute.
The fluid head of this pump, including stuffing boxes and valves will be used for both 1400 bar and 2800 bar.
Changing pressure range between 1400 and 2800 Bar is carried out by a simple and easy plunger changeout.


The unit was built in 2013 and kept operational as a backup machine, but was only used once for 14 hours at 2800 bar for a bundle heat exchanger cleaning project. This UHP machine is mounted on a zinc coated steel skid.

The Deutz-MWM engine was purchased as a used engine, with approx. 3,000 operating hours , and was fitted in 2013 with a new Jetech UHDW high-pressure water jet pump.
In addition, a large amount of accessories and spare parts are included, such as dump guns & foot valves, swivel joints, surface cleaners, rotary nozzles, high-pressure lances, nozzle inserts, seals, special tools, etc.

An identical UHP waterblast unit is also available, but with a Scania V-8 engine and counting 850 operating hours at max. 1400 bar / 99 liters/minute. That unit is housed in a 20ft. container, with an 800 l Diesel Tank, a work bench /vise,

Furthermore, there are 3 additional high-pressure water jet units with 110 kW power each, 2 of which have Volvo TD71A Diesel Motors, plunger changeout kits for 1400 and 2800 bar.
A third unit is a Kamat K11000 with 2800 Bar OP. and a JCB Dieselmax engine.

Also available is a hydraulic heat exchanger cleaning device with a rotating lance mounted on a scissor lift table, suitable for very large heat exchangers.

All equipment comes from the closure of my company due to retirement. A buyer is sought for all machines and accessories as a complete package.
