Used pin mill by Jehmlich (Germany) model Rekord D, designed in carbon steel. Mill body made of cast iron. Unit has milling discs with a diameter of 610 mm made of carbon steel. Mill has one fixed and one rotating milling disc driven by a belts driven with an ex proof electric motor with a power of 20 kW, 2940 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. Machine is equipped with a stainless steel feeding hopper and bottom unloading. Under the mill outlet is installed a screw conveyor constructed as follows: stainless steel chamber and a galvanized carbon steel screw driven by a gearbox and electric motor with power of 0,75 kW, 3-phase, 50 Hz with an operating speed of 125 rpm. Whole thing is mounted on a frame made of carbon steel.
