This is a state-of-the-art rapid cooler/blast chiller from the manufacturer Irinox, Model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional MultiFresh rapid cooler is your new kitchen assistant, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN trays. The device has a maximum loading capacity of 95 kg and features a 10" touch display with rapid cooling and blast freezing functions. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and neutralizes odors. The Essenziell Turbo model is designed for high performance in both blast chilling and freezing. The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. One pair of 1/1 GN supporting rails costs €36 net, one pair of baker’s rails costs €69 net plus shipping.
