The IMA HKA Hand Edgebanding Machine is a versatile device for manually applying edge strips or veneer strips to flat workpieces. It is suitable for materials such as chipboard, blockboard, and MDF. The machine can be used both manually and with a processing table, providing high flexibility in application.

If you require vacuum clamps, they are available new and used in our shop.

The HKA consists of two main components:
1. Handheld unit: Automatically feeds the edge strip, applies glue, and presses it onto the workpiece.
2. Processing table: Includes a vacuum pump, temperature regulator, and various control elements. The handheld unit can be suspended on a balancer to facilitate operation.

Operating Methods:
• Guided workpiece: The handheld unit is mounted on the processing table, and the workpiece is manually moved.
• Guided handheld unit: The workpiece is fixed with vacuum clamps, while the handheld unit is guided manually.
