5-vessel-brewhouse with additional whirlpool with a knockout capacity of 250 hl at 12° Plato. The brewhouse consists of a mash kettle, a mash decoction kettle, a lauter tun, a prerun vessel and a wort kettle with internal boiler. Furthermore, a classic whirlpool with wort cooling and wort aeration is installed. The brehouse is fully automated with the electronic process control "brewmaxx V7" and on basis of the operation system Windows. The brewhouse is completely made in stainless steel, but installed beneath the old copper hoods. The prerun vessel is "Outdoor"-installation, the whirlpool is - like the other brewing vessels - installed in the brewhosue room beneath a copper hood.
