Project Sale: Complete Inlet Screening Plant
The offered system consists of 6 band screens (5 in operation, 1 in standby), designed for a total daily flow of 150,000 m³ of wastewater. The screens feature a perforated plate design and operate continuously according to flow conditions.
🏭 The System
Incoming wastewater is distributed among the operating screens. These screens capture solid particles larger than 8 mm, allowing water and smaller particles to pass through. The filtered solids are conveyed upwards and automatically scraped off at the top, before being transferred into a screw conveyor system.
The screw conveyors transport the collected screenings to a wash press, which removes excess water and compacts the material. Dewatered screenings are then discharged into containers through a fully enclosed pipe system.
