Horizon AFC-544 AKT

The Horizon AFC-544 AKT is a versatile cross folder currently in operation at a printshop in Germany. Designed for sheet sizes up to 540 x 760 mm (minimum 120 x 172 mm), it combines efficiency with flexibility for a wide range of folding applications. The machine features 4 buckles with knife in the first folding unit and 2 buckles in the second unit, supported by a fully automatic knife for precise folding.



Equipped with Zolltouch & work Zoll technology, it offers intuitive operation and includes 17 standard folding types preprogrammed, along with memory capacity for 200 repeat jobs. Capable of handling paper weights from 40 to 250 g/qm2, it delivers a maximum speed of 40,000 cycles per hour.
