描述
This listing is for a Halo Labs Horizon Particle Analyzer
The unit is in full working condition and is ready for immediate release
(No PC/Monitor)
The Horizon system from Halo Labs integrates Backgrounded Membrane Imaging (BMI) technology to accurately measure and characterize subvisible particles in a high-throughput, low-volume format. Originating from membrane microscopy, a USP lot release method, BMI images particles on a membrane surface. This fully automated, fluidics-free Horizon system employs disposable membrane plates and automated image processing for quick, reliable particle counts and sizing. Capable of characterizing particles in up to 96 samples per run using only 25 µL per sample, BMI is unaffected by solution refractive index, ensuring accurate measurement of translucent protein aggregates.
Sophisticated image processing techniques are used to analyze and acquire particle data, beginning with a background image of the membrane. After filtering samples by vacuum and capturing particles, the membrane is re-imaged with sample particles on its surface. The sample image is meticulously aligned with the background and processed pixel by pixel to remove background texture, achieving high contrast for the particles. This imaging approach yields high reproducibility and minimizes interference from membrane texture or imperfections.
Key Features:
Backgrounded Membrane Imaging (BMI) technology for precise particle measurement.
High-throughput: Capable of analyzing up to 96 samples in a single run.
Low sample volume: Requires only 25 µL per sample.
Gsdpfx Asxhgakjdrouh
Fully automated, fluidics-free system for seamless operation.
Accurate measurement of translucent protein aggregates, unaffected by solution refractive index.
Sophisticated image processing for high reproducibility and minimal interference.
