Gunther PIH57M injector

We offer a Günther injector for meat, fish, and cheese, type PIH57M from 2017 – a compact, automatic machine for injecting brine and marinade with a capacity of 30 l/min.

The device has been designed for the processing of meat, poultry, fish, and cheese, where even distribution of brine, improvement of taste and color, and increased yield of the finished product are important. The PIH series is specially designed for the requirements of poultry and fish injection, with a high needle density for the best possible distribution of brine in the product.

The Günther PIH57M injector operates at 400 V, 1.6 A, 50 Hz, requires 6 bar compressed air and provides a capacity of up to 30 l/min with an installed power of 2 kW. The set includes a brine filter, documentation and spare parts, which facilitates quick implementation of the machine into production and subsequent servicing.
