This closing unit features a compact machine frame and its own pulse-controlled drive. It integrates easily with vertical or horizontal packaging machines (bagging machines). Thanks to intermittent operation, it is ideal for manual loading. Synchronization with the upstream filling machine is not required. Bags are discharged via a cross conveyor belt at an angle of 20°, 30°, or optionally 45° and 60°.

A built-in vacuum unit at the closing station extracts excess air from the bags for a neat, tight package. The product bags are then clipped and discharged.

Option included: HPD printer for printing a date onto the plastic clip.
