Flexitechs

We now offer a flexible, reliable and affordable packing line based on 3 interconnected belt conveyors. The belt conveyors are a full 800 mm wide and are equipped with motors that can handle packages weighing up to 50 kg. The total maximum load per belt conveyor is 150 kg of simultaneous weight.

The packing line is, for example, excellent for transporting packages/goods from manual packing tables to unloading, or as part of a simpler assembly line in manual production.

The total length of the packing line is approximately 17 meters divided into the following 3 modules: - 2 belt conveyors with 7,950 mm in length - 1 belt conveyor with 1,080 mm in length.

The packing line is equipped with 3 emergency stop buttons and a simple control cabinet where the speed of the conveyor belts can be adjusted with a simple control. The short belt conveyor is equipped with a gas spring that allows it to function as a stop function, i.e. if the track is lifted, the other conveyors stop.

The conveyor tracks can also be purchased separately.
