Technical Information
The baler features a robust construction with a fixed pressing chamber, on which a movable pressing head is mounted. The pressure is applied via a hydraulic cylinder, and the pressing force is adjustable, ensuring long-term reliability even under high specific pressure. The pressing chamber is loaded from the top. The compacted bale is then simply ejected from the chamber through the front door. The chamber design allows for 4 or 2-fold tying of the bale using PE strapping or wire. The machine construction enables the pressing unit to be expanded with additional pressing chambers, thereby increasing the machine's capacity at minimal acquisition cost.

Application
This hydraulic baling press with a pressing force of 20 tons (compacted bale fits one full pallet) is suitable for department stores, collection centers, recycling companies, supermarkets, warehouses, and small, medium, and large enterprises.

The baler has been used for 2 years and is in excellent technical condition, regularly serviced and inspected. Inspection reports are available upon request.
