Lamination press Profipress L 2500
Press bed area approx. 2500 x 1300 mm
Sturdy base frame with lower press table made of stainless steel as a grounding electrode
Quick-change stop guide sets for panel thicknesses of 19 - 40 mm, which can be hydraulically adjusted to the current filling width
Hydraulic special pressure elements ensure uniform pressure distribution over the entire joint length and compensate for tolerances
In multi-lane operation, filling widths may vary by a maximum of 15 mm
Upper pressure plate with hydraulic drive generates high vertical pressing pressure for minimal displacement
Fodpfx Abozuzwqj Rogh
Integrated hydraulic unit for generating pressing force and driving the hydraulic motors
Control cabinet and control panel
Protective cladding
Additional individual pressure elements from above
Automatic gluing station with precision gluing head
Infeed for different widths
Camera
Washing and rinsing device for gluing head
Modem incl. software for online connection
