DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, last inspection at 1,760 operating hours. The System Truck HS2 is a bentonite mixing and recycling system developed for use in complex drilling projects. Equipped with a 45 kVA generator, the HS2 offers a high-performance and reliable solution. The system features ten cyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each with 7.5 kW output, ensuring efficient processing and conveyance of drilling fluid. The shaker is fitted with three double-deck flatscreen sieves, equipped with six screens in total, for thorough screening and cleaning. The total tank capacity is 12,000 liters, divided across three tanks, providing ample capacity for drilling fluid. Additionally, the HS2 is equipped with a fresh water tank with a capacity of 1,100 liters. The System Truck HS2 is built in a BDF container structure, providing maximum flexibility and mobility for use at various sites. The System Truck HS2 features a tank volume that is 4,000 liters larger, resulting in a total capacity of 12,000 liters.

The most proven all-rounder with a total tank volume of 12 m³ (5 + 5 + 2), sold over 200 times since 2015 and continuously improved for successful operation. Optimally designed for drilling rigs in the 15–25 t performance class. The three KSB centrifugal pumps, each with a delivery rate of 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW), are powered by an underfloor 50 kVA generator.
Max. Cleaning capacity: up to 150 m³/day or 15 m³/h
Centrifuge Option: For drilling equipment with small high-pressure bentonite quick-running pumps to significantly increase service life. 10 hydrocyclones for the separation of fine solids: 2.2 bar
Mixing and recycling system built in ISO container format
Can also be used as a fully functional permanent mixing plant with 2 × 5 m³ working tanks. Unladen weight, depending on chassis, is approx. 17 t due to high-quality lightweight construction.
