CORMAK SCV8900TC

SCV8900TC VIBER BIG-BAG is a modern industrial dust extractor designed for intensive use in woodworking and manufacturing facilities. Thanks to the BIG-BAG system and the automatic VIBER filter cleaning system, the unit ensures continuous operation with minimal maintenance while offering a very large waste capacity. It is a unique solution on the Polish market.

Key Advantages

BIG-BAG – high-capacity container significantly extending the time between emptying cycles

VIBER system – automatic filter shaking system ensuring long-lasting filtration efficiency

TC housing – effective acoustic insulation and vibration dampening

REHEAT – heat recovery from extracted air, improving the facility’s energy efficiency

DAMAGE PROTECT – mechanical impeller protection against hard object intake

Exceptional suction system tightness – maximum efficiency and no heat loss during winter

Construction and Technology

The unit is equipped with a metal, dynamically balanced impeller that guarantees quiet and stable operation while maintaining maximum airflow performance. The chip extraction fan is powered by a reliable 7.5 kW motor. The impeller blade design has been aerodynamically optimized to reduce energy consumption.

Precision and Performance

With a capacity of 8,900 m³/h and filtration of particles down to 5 microns, the system ensures perfect working conditions even in the most demanding woodworking and industrial applications. The SCV8900TC VIBER BIG-BAG chip extractor allows seamless connection to multiple machines simultaneously, supporting continuous operation.
