The CORMAK PT410 planer thicknesser is a high-performance woodworking machine designed for professional applications in carpentry workshops, furniture factories, and industrial production facilities. The PT410 model offers an impressive 410 mm working width and a powerful 5.2 kW (S6) motor, meeting the requirements of the most demanding users.

Construction and technology

The CORMAK PT410 planer thicknesser is built on a heavy welded frame with precision-ground cast iron tables. The 1660 mm long planer tables provide excellent material support and accurate feeding.

The cutter block rotates at 5500 rpm and is equipped with three precisely adjusted HSS knives measuring 410 × 25 × 3 mm, allowing smooth and high-quality surfaces after a single pass.

The 120 mm dust extraction outlet ensures efficient chip removal, which is essential during continuous operation.

Precision and working efficiency

The PT410 allows machining materials with a height range of 5–225 mm and provides a maximum cutting depth of 3.5 mm in thicknessing mode.

The 7 m/min feed speed enables fast and efficient processing of large quantities of wood. Thanks to the accurate height scale and ergonomically positioned adjustment wheel on the right side of the machine, the operator has full control over machining parameters.
