The FM230 extractor is characterized by small dimensions and at the same time high efficiency of up to 1000 m3/h. Standardly equipped with a metal rotor and a running base. Great value for money, which makes it an uncompromising device in its category.

Many years of effort by our team resulted in the creation of a multi-patch metal impeller of the WhirlWind series, which, together with the massive metal casing, constitutes the heart of the extraction system.

The vacuum air draft perfectly sucks excess sawdust generated during mechanical processing of wood, produced during machine operation.

The massive construction of the extraction unit has been enriched with additional supports in the base to ensure stable and vibration-free operation of the device.

The entire structure has been reinforced with appropriately thick supports that keep the chute cylinders and the weight of waste bags in the right position on a massive base.

An additional advantage is the use of a flexible and durable gasket placed in a critical place to improve the tightness of the entire system.

As standard, we equip the extractors with canvas bags (filter and waste) and additional disposable, durable plastic waste bags.

Flexible metal bands ensure long-term trouble-free operation of bag replacement.

The use of swivel and ball-bearing wheels ensures efficient movement of the extractor around the facility.
